Use Of HushMello
HushMello is provided for personal wellness listening, relaxation routines, focus support, sleep-support routines, and short sound reset sessions. You agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly.
Not Medical Advice
HushMello is not a medical device, health care provider, therapy service, or emergency service. The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Do not use HushMello as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Safety
Do not use HushMello in situations where audio may distract you from safety, including while driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks that require your full attention. Keep audio volume at a comfortable level.
Audio Experiences
HushMello sounds are wellness audio experiences. Results can vary by listener, device, volume, environment, and personal preference. We do not guarantee any specific physical, mental, medical, sleep, focus, or mood outcome.
Ownership
HushMello, its app design, mascot, brand elements, audio organization, written content, and related materials are owned by HushMello or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the app or its content without permission.
App Store Terms
If you download HushMello from the Apple App Store, your use may also be subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms, including Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement unless a different agreement is provided in App Store Connect.
Changes And Availability
We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue features over time. We may also update these Terms as the app changes.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HushMello is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
