Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how HushMello handles information when you use the HushMello mobile app and related support pages.
HushMello is a wellness audio app. It is not medical care and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Information We Do Not Collect
The first release of HushMello does not require an account. We do not operate a server account system for the app, and we do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, health records, or payment card information inside the app.
Information Stored On Your Device
HushMello may store app preferences and activity locally on your device, including:
- Liked or saved sounds.
- Recently played sounds.
- Listening time and daily listening history.
- Timer selections, volume preferences, and reminder settings.
This information is used to make the app experience smoother, such as showing your saved sounds, recent sounds, and listening tracker.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, HushMello uses local iOS notifications to remind you to start a listening session. You can turn notifications off in the app or in iOS Settings.
Data Export And Deletion
HushMello includes local tools to export a snapshot of your listening data and delete listening history. Deleting history clears tracked listening time and recently played sounds from the app on that device.
Third-Party Services
The current first release does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or third-party account login SDKs. If future versions add analytics, account login, subscriptions, cloud sync, crash reporting, or other services, this policy should be updated before release.
Website Hosting
These pages may be hosted by Cloudflare Pages or another website hosting provider. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may process basic technical information needed to deliver the website, such as IP address, browser type, and request metadata.
Children
HushMello is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be updated when the policy changes.
